New Years Resolution Update 4

Get Healthy

I fell off the bandwagon for a bit but in November I decided to give myself the challenge of going to the gym every day. Read about it here. It has helped me make the gym a priority again.

I also cut out refined sugar in November and, after a few treats in December, I’m back to no refined sugar (mostly). I may treat myself sometimes but, for the most part, plan to stay away.

Travel Locally

October: I came back from Europe early October and was swamped at work so I didn’t get up to much local travelling.However, I did go out in Ottawa a few times with a local photographer friend to take photos around the city.

November: I finally did the Peace Tower tour at Parliament and am sad it’ll be closing for the next 10-15 years for renovations! It gives an amazing panoramic view of the city.

December: Again, I went out a few times around Ottawa to shoot but didn’t get up to much. Mostly just prepared for the holidays!

30 Wears

I did purchase a few Boxing Day sale items BUT my New Year’s Resolution for 2019 is no materialistic spending, which will help with this 30 wears thing. I did use the Stylebook App to make sure to wear a few items that I’d been neglecting. My plan for 2019 is to purge items that I haven’t worn in the last year.
