Weddings

I had the pleasure of attending one wedding, a bachelorette party, a bridal shower and was a bridesmaid in another wedding. I thought I’d share a few photos from each event, and maybe provide inspiration for you!

May Wedding

My friend Danielle got married to her highschool sweetheart in May and it was a beautiful venue. She’s very creative (check out her business for your own wedding photos Danielle Murphy Studio) so I expected nothing less than the charming job they did on the decorations and everything in between.

June Bachelorette

My friend J got married in July (wedding 2) and we had her bachelorette in early June in Toronto. R did an amazing job planning the weekend and it was so much fun to get to see friends from university who live across Canada (and make new friends with the other bridesmaids!). We stayed at an Airbnb for the weekend in Toronto, went to the Elmwood Spa, drinks at the airbnb for a night out at the Drake Hotel and Wildflower bar.

June Bridal Shower

My best friend S is getting married in June 2019 but we planned her bridal shower for this June (2018) so I could attend! It was one week in advance of the wedding I’m a bridesmaid for in July which was perfect! We spent the Saturday afternoon decorating, blowing up balloons, finishing the Jeopardy Game questions, the balloon garland and setting up chairs. We also had a photobooth, tons of food, a mimosa bar and a wine bar! It was such a successful event and I thought I’d share some pictures if you wanted some ideas!

July Wedding

I forgot to take pictures of the decorations! I helped J set up on the Thursday (we added bows to buckets that lined the aisle, trimmed the flowers to prep them for the wedding Sunday and added a veil to the arch that we would add flowers to on Saturday).

On Saturday morning we (bridesmaids, groomsmen, family and friends) spent the day creating bouquets for the aisle buckets, decorating the arch with so many flowers, setting up the ceremony and all the other things we could do the day before!

It was truly a one of a kind Pinterest worth wedding and I’m so glad I got to be a part of it. Here’s a few pictures I took during the day but they were so limited!
