Weekly Fitness Post 6

Workout summary:

x Yoga 4 times

Cardio 6 times

✓ Resistance 3 times

✓ Cheated 2 times

Monday: 36 minute walk, 30 minute restorative yoga, BBG Legs and Cardio

Tuesday: 60 minute soccer and 35 minute bike

Wednesday: 30 minute restorative yoga

Thursday: 35 minute walk, 30 min yoga, Arm workout

Friday: 2.5 hour snowshoe

Saturday: 6 km skate and 3 km snowshoe, Ab workout

Sunday: 3.5 hour (12.5 km) snowshoe and 1 hour restorative yoga

Cheats:

Ordered in with friends on Friday night (amazing burger from The Works) and ate a beavertail on Saturday

How I feel:

Tired today! Had an amazing snowshoe through Gatineau Park today and Really needed that yoga session. Overall it was a good week and I tried really hard to make my goals (even though I missed the yoga goal). But that’s okay! I’m going to stay positive about all the rest of my goals I achieved.

Next Week:

This week I’m going to try to meet all my goals! I’ve hit them all at one point in these last 6 weeks but not all at once.
